Dear Hiring Manager,

I am applying for the Instructional Designer role at Slangit. What drew me to this position is the work you are doing with aiSTART.school. I have been closely following how AI is reshaping the way learning is designed and delivered, and I am interested in being part of building a platform where it is central to the learning experience itself.

My interest in personalized learning is not new. At HeyHi, I was part of the team that designed adaptive learning flows within the LMS for IELTS content, structuring pathways that responded to where individual learners were, not just where the syllabus expected them to be. That experience shaped how I approach instructional design: the goal is not just well-structured content, but content that genuinely meets learners where they are. In addition, at NUADU, one of my key responsibilities was advising teachers across K12 levels on using the platform to identify learning gaps and implement personalized learning strategies for their students.

Beyond that, I have worked across K12 contexts in Indonesia, Singapore, and internationally, conducting needs analyses, aligning content to curriculum standards, collaborating with subject matter experts, and supporting educators in maximizing the use of their LMS. I understand both the design and implementation sides of learning, which I believe is important for a role like this.
