Analyze market trends, identify business challenges and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to improve marketing performance and ROI.
Oversee content creation and brand development to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels.
Plan and manage events, grand openings, activations, and field marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed marketing reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in marketing management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
