Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Legal Advisor role based in Petah Tikva at NONO Group’s corporate headquarters. The Legal Advisor will provide legal counsel and support across a range of business functions, including contract drafting and negotiation, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and legal representation. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, ensuring all company operations align with legal and regulatory requirements. The position also engages in implementing corporate policies, addressing legal concerns, and serving as a key advisor for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations, corporate law, and risk management practices.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for identifying and addressing legal risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with Israeli corporate legal framework and familiarity with labor laws are advantageous.
• Certified legal education and a valid license to practice law in Israel.

מה התפקיד כולל?

• ליווי מסחרי וחוזים: ניסוח וניהול מו”מ על הסכמים מול ספקים, קבלנים, נותני שירות, שכירויות נכסים והתקשרויות אסטרטגיות של הקבוצה.
• מתן ייעוץ משפטי שוטף בנושאי יחסי עבודה, הסכמי העסקה, ליווי תהליכים פנים-ארגוניים והתאמה לשינויי חקיקה וצווי הרחבה.
• ניהול הליכים משפטיים: ריכוז וניהול הממשק המשפטי של הקבוצה מול גורמי חוץ ומשרדי עורכי דין חיצוניים.
• רגולציה, רישוי וציות: הבטחת עמידה בדרישות הרגולטוריות של ענף המזון והאירוח, ניהול סוגיות רישוי עסקים, הגנת הפרטיות וליווי משפטי של מועדון הלקוחות.

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

• תואר ראשון במשפטים (LL.B) ורישיון לשכת עורכי הדין בישראל – חובה.
• ניסיון של 4-6 שנים כעורכת דין במחלקה מסחרית/דיני עבודה במשרד מוביל או כ-In-house.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית כפונקציה יחידה, כושר ביטוי מעולה וראייה עסקית רחבה.
• היכרות עם עולם העובדים הזרים (רגולציה וממשק מול רשות האוכלוסין) –יתרון משמעותי
