About The Role Responsible for maintaining BSS platforms to ensure their high availability, reliability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as collaboration with various departments to support and enhance BSS applications.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain BSS platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Work with developers and business analysts to design and implement integration solutions.
- Participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements.
- Ensure that all integrations and developments comply with company standards and best practices.
- Lead and participate in BSS-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on BSS applications and new functionalities.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to assist users.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing the BSS platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the BSS platforms.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Education Level/Major
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
