Job Description
• Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure work efficiency
• Manage and follow up technicians and workers performance
• Monitor workshop KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Ensure maintenance and repair activities are completed on time
• Follow safety and quality standards inside the workshop
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational targets
• Solve technical issues and support continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Previous workshop experience
Ability to supervise and manage technicians/workers
Follow up and monitor KPIs and workshop performance
Strong leadership and communication skills
