What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Optimize: Oversee and optimize the entire wiring harness manufacturing process, ensuring peak efficiency and output.
• Innovate & Improve: Implement and champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to continuously improve production engineering and overall manufacturing processes.
• Manage & Mentor: Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure Quality: Establish and maintain stringent quality control standards for all wiring harness products, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute production plans that align with business objectives, manage resources effectively, and meet demanding production schedules.
