Job Description:
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth across wholesale and distribution channels. Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners within the assigned territory. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product pitches
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.
• Must have a strong background in distribution, channel sales, and account management, with proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships across assigned territories.
• At least 2 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or channel sales, with consistent performance in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proven expertise in B2B sales, including hands-on work with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts, along with effective account management skills.
• Knowledge of stock planning, inventory coordination, and order management cycles to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
