We are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee affairs, and talent sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to employee onboarding.
– Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
– Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
– Manage employee records and HR administrative processes.
– Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
– Prepare HR and recruitment reports.
– Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
✅ Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
✅ Good knowledge of Employee Affairs and HR administration.
✅ Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Familiarity with AI tools used in recruitment is a plus.
