🚨 We’re Hiring – Health & Safety Officer (HSE)
📍 Location: Kuwait
We are looking for a proactive and safety-driven Health & Safety Officer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures
✔ Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards
✔ Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
✔ Deliver HSE training and awareness programs (Fire Safety, First Aid, PPE, Emergency Evacuation, etc.)
✔ Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions
✔ Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency preparedness systems
✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety culture
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or related field
✅ Minimum 2 Years Of Relevant HSE Experience
✅ Professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety is preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management
✅ Experience in safety reporting, training, and compliance monitoring
✅ Good communication and presentation skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems
✅ Fluent in English
✅Overseas Hire available from India
