As Web3 Compensation Intelligence Lead, you will design, build, and operate the region’s most credible source of salary, token, and total compensation benchmarking for Web3 roles. You will gather data through primary research — direct interviews, employer relationships, and community access — as well as secondary sources, on-chain signals, and your own practitioner knowledge of how compensation actually works in this space. The output will be used internally, shared as thought leadership, and packaged as a premium service for employers and candidates.
This role requires someone who understands Web3 compensation not from reading reports but from having been inside the negotiation — as a candidate, a contributor, or someone who has received and evaluated token-heavy offers firsthand.
