The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will not only build and maintain our next-generation web platforms but also ensure they are high-performing marketing assets. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and digital growth, ensuring our legal services are visible, accessible, and high-converting.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and internal web tools with a focus on speed and security.
• Technical SEO: Lead the search engine optimization strategy to improve organic rankings and ensure the site meets all Google technical standards.
• Google Ads & SEM: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages specifically designed for Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to provide accurate data on lead generation.
• Content Optimization: Proofread, edit, and optimize web content for both user experience (UX) and search engine visibility.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Programming: 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Server-Side: Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (NodeJS, PHP, Python, or Ruby).
• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO (Technical & On-page) and Google Ads mechanics.
• Legal Sector Mindset: Ability to maintain a professional, trustworthy, and high-quality digital presence suitable for a legal organization.
• Organization: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize high-impact projects, and work cross-functionally.
