WE ARE HIRING – RIQQA MAKER
We are looking for an experienced Riqqa Maker to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Riqqa (traditional Arabic thin bread) according to company standards.
- Prepare batter/dough and ensure consistency in quality and taste.
- Operate Riqqa cooking equipment and maintain proper cooking temperatures.
- Ensure products are prepared fresh and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels.
- Minimize food wastage and support efficient kitchen operations.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Requirements
- Experience in preparing Riqqa, Regag, Markook, Saj bread, crepes, or similar Arabic flatbreads.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous GCC experience is an advantage.
Location: Kuwait
