Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, organizing storage systems, supervising staff, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. The role involves optimizing warehouse operations, monitoring inbound and outbound goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing warehouse staff
• Proficiency in Operations Management and oversight of warehouse processes
• Experience in Inventory Control and ensuring accurate stock levels
• Expertise in Warehouse Management, including layout planning and workflow optimization
• Strong Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and resolve issues
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and IT proficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred
