Job Summary

The Fulfillment & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations and logistics activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely delivery. This role focuses on optimizing processes, maintaining service quality, and managing teams to achieve operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Manage inventory accuracy and stock control
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and deliveries
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics teams
  • Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse management
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems as Odoo ERP system
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and organizational skills
