Warehouse, Inventory & E-Commerce Coordinator Full Time NEW

Location: Egaila, Kuwait

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10am – 6pm (weekly 1 day off)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse, Inventory & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our cosmetic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing coordination, and website product uploading to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate online product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store cosmetic products properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock audits.
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track damaged, expired, or returned items and report discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards.

Purchasing (Local & International)

• Handle purchasing activities with local and international suppliers. (Asia & GCC)
• Communicate with vendors regarding quotations, pricing, product availability, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders for international shipments.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain professional supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment based on inventory and sales requirements.

Website & E-Commerce Management

• Upload and update products on the company website or e-commerce platforms.
• Add accurate product descriptions, prices, ingredients, shades, and images.
• Update stock availability to match physical inventory.
• Manage product categories, tags, and promotional content.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, e-commerce systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in cosmetics or retail industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of online store management platforms is preferred.
