Warehouse Incharge & Stock Controller Full Time

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Incharge & Stock Controller located in Shuwaikh. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching construction materials and related products. The Warehouse Incharge & Stock Controller will monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in inventory systems. The position will coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient order fulfillment. The role also includes supervising loading and unloading activities, ensuring safe handling of goods and equipment, enforcing health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean, well-organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to track, record, and reconcile all incoming and outgoing materials accurately.
• Practical experience in Inventory Management and Operations Management to optimize warehouse space, workflows, and stock rotation.
• Ability to work with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipment (valid forklift license or certification is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of warehouse management or ERP systems and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely, with attention to workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction materials environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
