الهدف من الوظيفة

إدارة وتنظيم عمليات المستودعات والمخزون والخدمات اللوجستية بما يضمن توافر المواد والمنتجات والمحافظة عليها، ودقة سجلات المخزون، وكفاءة عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والصرف والشحن والتسليم وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدارة المستودعات والمخزون

• استلام المواد والمنتجات والتحقق من مطابقتها للمواصفات والكميات المعتمدة.
• تنظيم وتخزين المواد والمنتجات وفق أسس التخزين السليم ومتطلبات السلامة.
• تسجيل جميع حركات الإدخال والإخراج على النظام المعتمد.
• متابعة أرصدة المخزون وضمان دقتها وتوفر المواد اللازمة للعمليات التشغيلية.
• تنفيذ الجرد الدوري والسنوي ومعالجة أي فروقات بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
• متابعة المواد التالفة أو الراكدة وإعداد التقارير اللازمة بشأنها.

العمليات اللوجستية

• التنسيق مع الموردين وشركات النقل فيما يتعلق بعمليات الاستلام والتسليم.
• تجهيز الشحنات والطلبيات ومتابعة تحميلها وتسليمها ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
• التأكد من مطابقة المواد والمنتجات المشحونة للوثائق المعتمدة.
• متابعة عمليات النقل والتسليم وضمان سلامة المواد أثناء الشحن.
• متابعة احتياجات التعبئة والتغليف الخاصة بالمنتجات والشحنات.

التنسيق والتقارير

• التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لضمان توفر المواد وجاهزية الطلبيات.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالمخزون وحركة المواد والشحنات.
• رفع التوصيات المتعلقة بتحسين إدارة المخزون وتقليل الفاقد والهدر.
• المحافظة على السجلات والوثائق الخاصة بالمستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلاسل التوريد أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات أو الخدمات اللوجستية.

المهارات المطلوبة

• إدارة المخزون والمستودعات.
• المعرفة بإجراءات التخزين والشحن والتوزيع.
• مهارات استخدام الأنظمة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالمخزون.

Department Operations

Reports To Operations Manager

Job Purpose

To manage warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure the availability, proper storage, and efficient movement of materials and products, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting timely delivery and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse and Inventory Management

• Receive materials and products and verify quantities and specifications against approved documentation.
• Organize and store materials and products according to established storage and safety standards.
• Record all inventory transactions within the approved system.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving stock and prepare related reports.

Logistics Operations

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and relevant parties regarding deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare and arrange shipments and customer orders according to approved schedules.
• Ensure shipped quantities match approved documentation.
• Monitor loading, transportation, and delivery activities to ensure product safety.
• Follow up on packaging and shipping requirements.

Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure material availability and order readiness.
• Prepare periodic inventory, warehouse, and logistics reports.
• Recommend improvements to inventory management and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain warehouse and logistics records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
