Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress located in Erbil Governorate, Iraq. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, accurately taking and delivering orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. They will also work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to provide a seamless dining experience while upholding Dune Cafe’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Cooking and food handling safety standards
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
