MINISO Egypt is looking for a talented Visual Merchandising (VM) Lead to join our Headquarters team in Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and standardize the visual merchandising layouts across all MINISO stores.
– Develop clear VM guidelines, display packages, and checklists that store teams can execute flawlessly.
– Manage the full cycle of POSM/materials (Sourcing, sampling, distribution, and version control).
– Align display strategies with commercial plans, promotions, and inventory levels to maximize sales.
– Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain perfect image standards.
– Analyze sales data and store feedback to continuously optimize display performance.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
– 4+ years of solid experience in Visual Merchandising within Retail, Fast Fashion, or FMCG industries (Multi-store management experience is preferred).
– Strong commercial/business sense (Display for sales volume, not just aesthetics).
– Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and time-management skills to handle fast-paced campaign rollouts.
– Highly organized with a strict eye for details, material dimensions, and version control.
