About the Role

Most people can edit. Fewer can tell a story. Fewer still can do both.

We are looking for a Visual Content Editor who executes at the highest level, working alongside creative directors and production leads to bring the visual identity of Vyltic to life across every platform and format.

This is not a role for someone who processes footage. It is a role for someone who understands what a frame communicates before they touch it.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form content with precision and intention

• Color grade footage and build custom LUTs to maintain a consistent brand image

• Retouch, correct, and enhance photos across all platforms and formats

• Select music, design sound, and sync edits with audio

• Adapt content for social media formats with a strong understanding of trends

• Maintain brand consistency across every single output

• Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows

Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro, these are not optional, they are the baseline

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic editing

• Knowledge of color grading and building custom LUTs

• Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content

• Experience with social media content formats and trends

• Skilled in photo retouching, color correction, and image enhancement

• Ability to work with different camera formats and codecs

• Understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and pacing

• Good sense of music selection, sound design, and audio syncing

• Attention to detail and consistency in branding

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Bonus Skills

• Experience as a photographer and/or videographer

• Ability to shoot content professionally for brands, events, and campaigns

• Knowledge of camera settings, lenses, lighting setups, and gimbals

• Experience with drone shooting

• Proficiency in After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve

• Motion graphics and basic animation skills

• Strong portfolio in sports content
