We are looking for a Virtual Assistant/Entrant of
Reliable and detailed data to support our daily operations. This position requires solid organisational skills, precision and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable and feels comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Update and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases and systems
Line
Perform basic cleaning, verification and analysis: of data
Manage emails, documents and digital files
Conduct simple online research and compile reports
Schedule tasks, follow up on pending matters and support administrative activities
Assist in other tasks of the virtual assistant as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or
Virtual assistance
Excellent attention to detail and high precision
Basic and intermediate knowledge of MS
Excel / Google and Word Spreadsheets /
Google documents
Good written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Stable internet connection and own computer
