Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer / Photographer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be seconded to a key client and will be responsible for capturing, producing, and delivering high-quality visual content that supports the client’s marketing, branding, and communication objectives.

This role requires a professional with strong hands-on experience in both photography and videography, capable of handling full production requirements—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling for digital platforms, corporate communications, and events.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in corporate, government, and high-profile client environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography & Videography Production

• Capture high-quality professional photos and videos for:
• Social media campaigns
• Corporate events and exhibitions
• Interviews and testimonials
• Product and brand shoots
• Internal and external corporate communications
• Promotional and marketing campaigns
• Handle on-site shooting for events, activations, launches, and official functions

Content Planning & Creative Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and visual requirements
• Suggest creative concepts, shot lists, and production approaches
• Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and communication goals

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for social media reels, promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, and corporate presentations
• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and final formatting
• Deliver optimized content for different platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and corporate presentations

Equipment & Production Management

• Manage photography and videography equipment professionally
• Ensure proper lighting, sound quality, framing, and production standards
• Coordinate with external vendors when required for larger productions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media Production, Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and photography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality professional work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Final Cut Pro (advantage)
• Strong understanding of:
• Visual storytelling
• Lighting techniques
• Composition and framing
• Sound recording basics
• Social media video trends and short-form content
• Experience with drone shooting is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site and manage fast-paced production requirements
