Scriptwriting & Content Strategy

Research industry trends, social media trends, competitor content, and audience interests.
Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with marketing objectives.
Write engaging, original video scripts with strong hooks and clear storytelling structures.
Create storyboards, shot lists, and content briefs for video production.
Adapt content style and messaging for different target audiences and platforms.

Video Production & Editing

Plan, film, and produce high-quality video content for social media channels.
Capture video and photo content during events, interviews, campus activities, and campaigns.
Edit videos using professional editing tools, including adding captions, motion graphics, transitions, and audio enhancements.
Produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Social Media Content Management

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business priorities.
Create platform-specific content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
Write captions, headlines, hashtags, and calls-to-action for social media posts.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and media teams to execute integrated campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor content performance across social media platforms.
Analyze key metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.
Optimize content based on performance data and platform trends.
Identify opportunities to improve audience retention and content effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in content creation, scriptwriting, video production, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, framing, audio, and storytelling.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
Experience creating content for educational institutions, media companies, startups, or brands.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator economy trends.
Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools.
Experience in on-camera presenting or interviewing is a plus.
Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills.
Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
