Job Purpose:

Highly technical AI Product Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI capabilities across the organization. This is not a traditional Product Manager role.

You will operate at the intersection of:

AI Engineering AI Platform Architecture Product Strategy & Execution

You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI systems – from initial problem framing through to production deployment and continuous optimization. This role requires someone who can work autonomously with engineers, make deep technical product decisions, and drive real AI systems into production.

What this role is NOT!!!

Backlog managers , Roadmap-only PMs , Strategy-without-delivery people , “AI enthusiasts” without real build experience.

What this role IS!!!

Technical AI product leader who can independently design, guide, and deliver complex AI systems from idea to production – with full credibility across engineering, architecture, and business.

Candidate background: I am looking for someone who was a Software Engineer / AI Engineer / ML Engineer who has now stepped into a Product Owner of AI systems / Leads multiple AI capabilities end-to-end, ideally within a highly regulated industry within an enterprise organisation.
