Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vendor Acquisition Specialist, located in Al Asimah, Kuwait, with flexibility for some remote work. The Vendor Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new vendors to The Zone’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include researching market opportunities, negotiating vendor agreements, building relationships with suppliers, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth. The role will involve monitoring vendor performance and ensuring alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Vendor management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Market research and analysis expertise to identify emerging opportunities
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with vendors
• Ability to evaluate product quality and ensure alignment with brand standards
• Knowledge of e-commerce and retail trends is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Experience in vendor acquisition or e-commerce is an advantage
• Commission-based role
