🚨 URGENT HIRING – HEAD OF WET UTILITIES DESIGN 🚨
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Head of Wet Utilities Design to lead and grow our wet utilities engineering team, delivering major infrastructure and development projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Wet Utilities Design Division and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Oversee the design and delivery of potable water, firefighting, sewerage, stormwater, drainage, pumping stations, and utility master plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, standards, and approval processes.
• Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and technical quality.
• Drive innovation, technical excellence, and team development.
• Interface with clients, authorities, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and technical bids.
• Provide strategic leadership for complex infrastructure projects from concept through detailed design.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
✔ 15+ years of experience in Wet Utilities Design and Infrastructure Engineering.
✔ Proven experience leading design teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of hydraulic modelling and design software such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, Civil 3D, InfoWorks, and related tools.
✔ Extensive experience with UAE authorities and approval processes.
✔ Strong project management, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Previous experience as Design Manager, Lead Engineer, Section Head, or Department Head is highly preferred.
