We are a growing offshore property and facility management support company looking for a motivated US Appointment Setter to help generate qualified meetings and business opportunities with U.S.-based companies.

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales is preferred
• Strong English communication and conversational skills
• Confident speaking with U.S.-based decision makers
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google tools, and outreach platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to potential clients
• Set qualified meetings with decision makers
• Follow up with leads through calls, email, and SMS
• Maintain and update CRM systems and pipelines
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality
• Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
