🔹 Coffee Roaster
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of coffee roasting experience
- Knowledge of specialty coffee and roasting profiles
- Experience operating commercial roasting machines
- Ability to monitor roast quality and consistency
- Knowledge of coffee bean grading and quality control
- Basic record-keeping and inventory management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate immediately
🔹 Dates Cook (Kitchen)
Requirements:
- Experience in preparing and cooking date-based products and fillings
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain product consistency
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ready to join immediately
