Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Turkish dishes
✔ Develop and plan menu offerings
✔ Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
✔ Manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness
✔ Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
✔ Train and supervise kitchen staff
Requirements
✔ Diploma of Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
✔ Must have an experience working as a Turkish Chef/ Assistant Chef.
✔ GCC experience is required
✔ Strong knowledge of authentic Turkish cuisine
✔ Ability to prepare traditional and modern Turkish dishes
✔ Good understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards
