Job Title: Travel Operations Coordinator (Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Coordinator to support daily travel operations and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with hotels, tour operators, language schools, airlines, and travel suppliers.
• Prepare travel quotations and customized travel packages.
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage and organize emails and customer records.
• Coordinate travel requests and operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing travel itineraries, proposals, and related documentation.
• Monitor ongoing inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with clients and suppliers.
• Support the management team with operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or study abroad services is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with travel agencies or tour operators.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers and partners.
