• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Manage bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals.
• Deliver outstanding customer care, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay abreast of travel trends, industry changes, and new destinations to offer the most current and appealing options.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all travel documentation is in order.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance the customer journey.
• Skills & Technologies:
• Proficiency in Customer Care and delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Extensive knowledge and passion for Travel Planning and Tourism.
• Strong grasp of Destination Knowledge, especially within the region and popular international spots.
• Familiarity with various Booking Systems and travel industry software.
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills.
