Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transport professional located in Dubai. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the transportation and logistics of goods by sea, air, and land while ensuring compliance with schedules and client requirements. Daily tasks may involve route planning, liaising with carriers and warehouse teams, monitoring shipments, and resolving any issues during transit. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the logistics process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes, international freight forwarding, and customs regulations
• Experience in route planning, shipment coordination, and working with warehousing operations
• Proficiency in communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics software along with strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in global logistics or freight forwarding roles is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
