Training & Field Force Excellence Manager Opportunity Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive field force training strategy

• Design and deliver high-impact scientific, therapeutic, and skills-based training programs

• Own onboarding and certification processes for new hires

• Conduct in-field coaching to enhance scientific detailing and soft skills

• Implement competency assessments and ensure readiness prior to field deployment

• Partner cross-functionally to drive measurable performance improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (master’s is a plus)

• Strong scientific and medical knowledge is essential

• Solid understanding of therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical field roles

• Experience in training, coaching, or field force development is highly preferred

Languages

• Arabic: Fluent

• English: Fluent (mandatory)

• Kurdish: Strong advantage
