💼 Key Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Training or L&D

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)

✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔️ Passionate about learning, growth, and teamwork

✔️ Solid understanding of marketing and promotional strategies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training Coordination and the ability to organize, schedule, and manage learning sessions effectively.
• Strong skills in Training & Development and Employee Training to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in the field of Training and a demonstrated ability to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Additional qualifications such as prior experience in technical or corporate training settings will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
