Role Description

This is a part-time & full-time, for fresh graduates and university student Trainer role located in Salmiya. The Trainers will be responsible for delivering structured cognitive training sessions, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy to individuals and groups, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate, university students
• Will be experienced in leading training sessions, coaching, or teaching in an educational, mental training, and similar capacity
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to learn & adapt training content for diverse participants and maintain engagement
• Organizational and record-keeping skills for managing training sessions and participant progress
• Proficiency in observing and analyzing individual learning styles and tailoring approaches accordingly
• Passion for cognitive development and empowering individuals of all ages to reach their full potential
