The Execution Specialist is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the execution of import, operations from contract confirmation until final delivery.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of import shipments according to contractual agreements and operational timelines.
Follow up on shipment schedules, loading operations, vessel nominations, and cargo movements.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection companies, and ports to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare, review, and verify shipping and import documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, permits, and customs-related documents.
Maintain compliance with import regulations, company procedures, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and logistics activities related to cargo handling and shipment execution.
Coordinate with banks to issue form 4 and execute all payments on time.
Communicate with internal departments including sales, finance, procurement, and logistics to ensure operational alignment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or any related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in execution, logistics, shipping, import operations, or supply chain activities.
Good understanding of shipping procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations, and trade documentation.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and operational systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
