Role Description The Tourism Manager role at Travitell Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. The Tourism Manager plans, organizes, and oversees tour packages and travel programs for domestic, incoming, and outgoing tourism. Daily tasks include coordinating guided tours, managing reservations, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that travel arrangements run smoothly. The role involves supervising tour operations, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of service quality. The Tourism Manager also collaborates with the marketing team to promote tourism services, monitors market trends, and contributes to the development of new travel products. The position requires regular communication with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure efficient operations and positive travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong tourism operations background, including Tourism Management and general Tourism knowledge.
• Experience organizing and coordinating Guided Tours, with an ability to design engaging itineraries.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring traveler satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Tourism Marketing, including promoting tour packages and collaborating on sales initiatives.
• Relevant educational background in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in common office and booking software; knowledge of reservation or travel management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a tourism, travel agency, or hospitality leadership role is highly beneficial.
