Role Summary

We are looking for experienced TMF AN Assessment Consultants with strong telecom domain expertise to support Autonomous Network (AN) assessments and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves evaluating telecom maturity using TM Forum frameworks and driving automation-led transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Autonomous Network (AN) maturity assessments
• Analyze telecom operating models and transformation initiatives
• Apply TM Forum frameworks (Frameworx, eTOM, etc.)
• Work with stakeholders to define digital transformation roadmaps
• Provide insights on automation and network optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional telecom teams
• Prepare assessment reports and recommendations

Mandatory Requirements

• TM Forum AN Assessment certification (Mandatory)
• Strong telecom domain experience
• 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in:
• Autonomous Networks (AN)
• TMF framework assessments
• Open to onsite opportunities (Middle East / Africa)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx / eTOM / SID
• Experience in digital transformation projects in telecom
• Strong stakeholder management & consulting skills
• Exposure to network automation & AI-driven operations
