Adam Travel is seeking a professional Ticketing Agent to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will handle flight reservations, ticketing, and customer service for the US market while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds
2. Managing bookings and customer inquiries
3. Working on GDS systems
4. Ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures
5. Providing excellent customer service
Salary: To be determined during the interview

Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Experience from 2 to 3 years as a Ticketing Agent
2. Good knowledge of GDS systems: Amadeus and Sabre (Galileo is a plus)
3. Experience in the US market is preferred
4. Good command of English
5. Ability to work rotational shifts
