Ticketing Agent (Travel Agency – Dubai) Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent with hands-on experience in air ticket booking and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Dubai and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book domestic & international flight tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
• Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide the best fare options and travel solutions to clients
• Manage travel itineraries and coordinate end-to-end arrangements
• Handle customer queries related to bookings, changes, and travel requirements
• Ensure accuracy in booking details and documentation
• Maintain professional communication with airlines and clients

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent in a travel agency
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (mandatory)
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings
