Tender Specialist Full Time NEW

🔹 Job Summary:

GT Medical is seeking a results-driven Tender Specialist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender activities and pricing processes for the medical department, including disposables and devices. This role involves preparing and submitting quotations, coordinating with customers across governmental and private sectors, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements across various customer and hospital portals.

🔹 Reporting to: Area Manager

🔹 What You Will Do:

• Manage the full tender lifecycle for medical supplies and devices, from identification to submission and award follow-up
• Prepare, review, and submit quotations through procurement and tender portals accurately and on time
• Handle hospital tenders and RFQs through various customer procurement systems including Nupco, Etimad and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Guard Hospital, etc.
• Ensure all tender documents meet regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, pricing, and contract documentation
• Support procurement operations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track tender outcomes and provide reports on performance, pricing trends, and opportunities

🔹 What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply Chain, pharmacy, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in medical supplies, Devices or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement portals and tendering processes
• Experience working with hospital tenders and government procurement systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
