Tender Market Manager – Saudi Arabia Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tender Market Manager to lead our tender and market access function within Med City Pharma (MCP), driving sustainable growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring successful participation in governmental and institutional tenders across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning tender strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, follow-up, and award management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, healthcare institutions, and procurement organizations.
• Support pricing and market access strategies to maximize competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and tender opportunities to provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor tender performance, revenue contribution, forecasting accuracy, and product availability.
• Lead, coach, and develop the tender team to achieve ambitious business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is a must as per local regulations.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical tenders, market access, or commercial roles.
• Strong experience within the Saudi pharmaceutical tender environment, including exposure to organizations such as (NUPCO) and the Ministry of Health (Saudi Arabia).
• Proven leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Saudi (in line with Saudization requirements).
