Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, based in Abu Dhabi. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, and conduct outbound calls and convert Qualified Leads to active client. also to Call existing clients building customer relationships through effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service and support. Daily tasks will include contacting potential clients, introducing services, answering inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clarity
• Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients
• Previous experience in the financial or wealth management industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telemarketing tools is advantageous
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
