Role Description The Telesales Manager (educational background) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading and developing a telesales team focused on promoting and selling the Academy’s training programs. This role includes planning and executing telesales strategies, setting daily and monthly targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to team members. The Telesales Manager will oversee call quality, ensure accurate information about programs is provided, and manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, coordinating with marketing and academic teams on campaigns and offers, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in every interaction. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and training telesales staff, as well as implementing processes and scripts that support consistent, compliant, and effective sales calls. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle objections, build rapport, and clearly present educational programs over the phone.
Proven Team Management and Training experience, including supervising telesales teams, coaching agents, and delivering ongoing skill development.
Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to processes and performance.
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center leadership, preferably in education, training, or related service sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with CRM systems and call-center tools, and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a results-oriented, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
