The Opportunity

Zenith Technologies is seeking a highly capable Technology Development Lead to take full ownership of advanced technology execution across its platform and product ecosystem.

This is a senior technical leadership role reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO, responsible for aligning development with strategic direction, leading engineering capability, and delivering structured, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a disciplined, hands-on operator who can translate executive vision into clear engineering plans and deliver within a high-accountability environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Aligning all development activity with CEO strategic direction

• Leading and assessing engineering teams and technical resources

• Establishing strong development standards, structure, and discipline

• Stabilising and advancing existing platforms and systems

• Driving development of next-generation AI and operational technologies

• Maintaining structured reporting, timelines, and performance accountability

AI-Native Capability (Critical Requirement):

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong, current, hands-on capability in AI-native development.

This includes:

• Leveraging AI coding tools and AI coding agents

• Applying AI across development workflows (build, test, debug, documentation)

• Using AI to accelerate delivery speed and reduce engineering cost

• Maintaining full control, security, and engineering discipline

This is a core requirement and not optional.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles

• Strong experience in AI/ML systems and integrated platforms

• Background in security, surveillance, defense, or similar environments preferred

• Proven ability to lead small, high-performance teams

• Highly structured, accountable, and execution-focused

This is not a conventional role. It requires ownership, precision, and consistent delivery.
