Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Technical Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for water systems and related equipment, including installation assistance, setup, and configuration. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing routine inspections, and supporting testing and commissioning activities at customer sites. The role involves collaborating with engineering and sales teams to review technical specifications, prepare basic layout recommendations, and support hydraulic and system design requirements. The Technical Specialist will also interact directly with customers to explain technical solutions, provide training on system operation and maintenance, and ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Accurate documentation of service activities, reporting of recurring issues, and adherence to safety and quality standards are core parts of the day-to-day work. Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess system performance, interpret technical data, and support hydraulic and system design decisions.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose faults, resolve equipment issues on-site, and guide customers through technical challenges.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to explain technical concepts clearly, manage customer expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
Relevant technical background, such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience in water systems or industrial equipment.
Familiarity with pumps, fire-fighting systems, control panels, or HVAC-related systems; experience with installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance is highly beneficial.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications, and to prepare clear service reports and documentation.
Comfort working on-site at customer locations, observing safety practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors.
Basic computer skills for using diagnostic tools, reporting, and communication; valid authorization to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
