Technical Program Manager Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the company’s Data & AI Group

(position number 500235)

Temp position for 6 months.

Located in Tel Aviv, hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic, cross-functional R&D programs and projects across multiple teams.

• Drive alignment between engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase R&D efficiency and scalability.

• Establish and promote best practices, planning frameworks, and agile methodologies.

• Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager / Technical Project Manager within an R&D organization.

*Strong knowledge of R&D methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD.

* Experience working in a cybersecurity environment and a global SaaS company.

* AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority.

* Proven ability to track engineering discussions and translate them into actionable plans.

* Experience with Claude, Cursor, AWS Quick Suite, Jira Admin, Asana, and Google Workspace.

* DataDog and Tableau – advantage.

* BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

* Software engineering experience – advantage.
