Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Executive to join our team and support our growth initiatives across Lebanon, GCC, and Africa.

This is not a traditional marketing role focused solely on social media. The successful candidate will combine marketing, business research, lead generation, website optimization, content creation, and sales enablement activities to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO

• Create, update, and optimize website pages.
• Support website improvements and user experience enhancements.
• Execute on-page SEO initiatives and content optimization.
• Monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Support execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and monitoring paid marketing activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Support lead generation initiatives across multiple channels.

Content Creation

• Develop and maintain:
• Success Stories
• Case Studies
• Newsletters
• LinkedIn Content
• Website Content
• Presentations
• Service Descriptions
• Marketing Materials
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to gather project insights and customer success stories.

Market Research & Business Development

• Research industries, companies, and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain target account databases.
• Identify potential opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitors and positioning strategies.
• Support expansion initiatives across new markets and industries.

CRM & Growth Initiatives

• Support lead nurturing and outbound campaigns.
• Maintain prospect and customer databases.
• Assist in account-based marketing initiatives.
• Participate in sales pipeline analysis and growth planning activities.

Sales & Presales Support

• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Support sales and presales teams through market and prospect research.
• Help identify customer challenges and business opportunities.
• Contribute to opportunity development activities.

Events & Partnerships

• Support webinars, workshops, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Assist in maintaining company presentations and marketing assets.
• Support partner and referral initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in:
• Business Administration or Marketing with strong computer skills
• Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Self-motivated and capable of learning independently.

Preferred

• Interest in ERP systems, AI, business software, and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, or digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with content creation, marketing campaigns, or business research.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
