We’re Hiring: Technical Manager – Precast & Ready-Mix Concrete

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Technical Manager** to join our team and lead the technical operations for precast and ready-mix concrete.

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee mix design preparation and ensure compliance with international standards

• Manage laboratory operations and quality control processes

• Maintain plant databases and oversee material suppliers

• Provide technical support to customers, sales, and operations teams

• Prepare regular management reports

• Lead the Technical Department and ensure full compliance with Quality Management Systems

• Support consulting engineers and contractors in technical specifications and dispute resolution

🔹 **Requirements:**

• Minimum 10 years of experience in precast and ready-mix concrete operations

• Strong background in quality standards (European & American)

• Degree in a relevant field with concrete technology qualifications

• Membership in a recognized engineering or concrete body is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in the GCC region is preferred
