1. Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years in European car maintenance, including at least 3 years in a technical management role (Workshop Supervisor / Technical Manager / Head of Workshop).
3. Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of OEM Standards.
Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics, and control systems (ECU, CAN Bus, ADAS).
Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, VIDA, Pathfinder).
Proficiency in Workshop Management Software.
4. Managerial Skills:
Leading technical teams and assigning tasks efficiently.
Implementing Quality Control (QC) systems and documentation using photos/videos.
Analyzing KPIs: repair turnaround time, productivity, error rate.
Managing inventory and spare parts with cost control.
Training and knowledge transfer to engineers and technicians.
5. Languages:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory for communication with European technical support and reading technical manuals.
Arabic is preferred but not required.
